v8.3 (1) — Crash fix and the Open Next Vial CTA

[2026-05-09 v8.3 (1)] Fixed a launch crash that hit users with duplicate vial or supplement names. The "Open Next Vial" button now appears when your active vial empties and you have backup stock. Calendar pending-dose counts and rendered rows now agree.
