Stale meal-reminder fix

Shipped in 8.5. Meal notifications scheduled yesterday no longer fire today for foods you've already removed from the plan. On every app foreground the system now cancels and rebuilds the day's meal reminders from your current plan state — so deleted items stop pinging immediately, and day-rollover always shows the right list.
