Smarter, delivery-method-aware dosing wizard

Shipped in 8.5. Every label in the 3-step wizard now reads correctly per delivery method. "Save Nasal Spray" not "Save Vial." "Cycle doses" not "Total shots." "Bottles for Cycle" not "Vials for Cycle." "Dose Schedule" not "Shot Schedule." Bottle size picker on step 2 hides itself when nasal (because step 1 already configured it). The Protocol share card branches the same way — different headline, different metric rows, depending on what you actually made.
