Hide app content from the multitasking switcher

Coming in 8.4. When App Lock is enabled, the app blurs its content the moment you swipe up to the multitasking switcher, so anyone scrubbing through your open apps can't see your protocol, meals, or photos.

Returns to normal when you tap back in and complete the Face ID prompt.
